This is both a question and a statement. This workshop can increase knowledge, empathy and support among employees regarding periods and menstrual health.

A talk about how history, advertising, culture and education have influenced our ability to discuss periods. This talk includes info on the hormonal cycle and how it affects mood and performance and also gives information on menstrual health issues, how diversity influences periods, how to support colleagues and loved ones along with how to discuss periods with your children.

This talk is aimed at all genders.
