I encountered early Menopause and suffered from severe Menopause symptoms which negatively impacted my daily life and work.

 

I want to reduce the stigma of discussing Menstrual Health in the workplace among everyone and ensure people feel supported with their needs.

 

The 'Menstrual Cycle to Work' Program and 'Why Don't We Talk About Periods' Workshop were designed to educate and support all employees.
